I have always wondered why American cars were so poorly designed and looked bad compared to other countries. It was because of poor management, their non-visionary mentality, and it's reflected in where they were located (Midwest USA). I thought -- can you imagine if we had a company like Apple or something in the Silicon Valley creating cars? That would be something. Well, we have that and it's called TESLA. Their new Model 3 was unveiled yesterday, and for $35K, this is the car that will make electric cars mainstream
Regardless of whether they eventually make it as a company, they have raised the awareness of the electric car and made it a beautiful thing in the process. I predict in less than 10 years, we'll see autonomous, self-driving electric cars on the road. And TESLA will have been the driving force behind it.
