I love that 80s chorus sound -- much like what you get on the Roland JC-120: subtle modulation, no wobble, and wet enough to really enhance your soundstage. Here are 2 pedals which I feel get you there, for pretty cheap:
Behringer CC300 Space-C
This is a clone of the Boss DC-2 (long out of production). The original DC-2 only allowed one button depressed at any one time, but the CC300 allows any combination for a thicker chorus. It's a little noisy and the chassis is cheap plastic, but this pedal is amazing for the price (< $30 USD). Sadly, it's discontinued.
Zoom MS-70CDR
This multi-effect pedal features chorus, delay and reverb -- with many great chorus emulations. Amazing pedal for only $120 USD.
