Yes, it's been out for a while now -- and 2X+ perf with 3 rackmount height. Same formula, only more of it. I do like how you get a lot more but the price is hovering around $2.2K USD.
It is curious however what you get for such a jump in power. Do the new algorithms need the power, and what was bad about the old algos? If you want more accuracy, that does not always directly translate into a better sound. Having a better simulation of an amp schematic shouldn't always make it sound better -- it could sound worse!
I think the extra power does allow you to add more effects in series/parallel and make things flow more easily without bottlenecks. Or give you flexibility in creating more complicated effects algorithms. But ultimately, not sure if the tone is 2X better. Still, the price is the same as the old models, so that is a plus.
