For the performance per buck, I don't think you can do better than the Zoom MS-70CDR. An amazing array of chorus, delay and reverb effects (up to 6 serial) with amazing sound and clarity for a pedal in this price range ($120 USD).  It has universally excellent reviews. The only downside is no MIDI switching, but most people set and forget it. That's what I do since for clean tones, I am a chorus/delay/reverb junkie!
