This is the father of modern, ergonomic guitars. Its unusual shape still polarizes — you either love it or hate it. Nonetheless, it cannot be denied that the guitar is comfortable, ergonomic, and has a wide range of tones. Innovative features include the ergonomic body (as you sit, the guitar is balanced so that the neck tilts upwards), solid Rosewood neck (no truss rod), and Steinberger headless hardware. Past users include David Torn and Andy Summers.
Sadly, it is out of production and quite rare.
