I’m normally not big on the traditional Tele-style body design, but recently, its shape has piqued my interest more. I’m not sure why — maybe it’s due to the sheer number of Strat-style double-cut-away or Les Paul single cutaway designs that seem to proliferate the market. There’s just too many!
Enter Tao Guitars and their take on the Tele design with the El Mirage. Elegant design based on the Tele body shape. It retains the classic look while adding the futuristic elements that Tao is known for. Bravo!
