I had the recent pleasure of attending the Vai Academy 2015 with Steve Vai and guest lecturers Eric Johnson and Sonny Landreth. In addition, there were workshops and talks by Tak Hosono of Ibanez, Larry DiMarzio of DiMarzio pickups, and Steve Vai’s tech, Thomas Nordegg. All-in-all, an amazing experience and one that I will never forget.
